Meals are served buffet style in our dining room. Serving times are:
Breakfast: 7:00 - 9:00 a.m.;
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.; Dinner:5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Note: On occasion a specific serving time may be assigned for your group. Please contact your group leader for information.

Fresh towels are provided daily. Guestrooms are not equipped with televisions.

Courtesy telephones are located in the public areas of all buildings. Guest rooms have direct-dial telephones.

The Front Desk is open to take messages for guests 24 hours a day. All messages will be placed on the Message Board at the Front Desk.

Guest laundry facilities are located on the lower level of the Brooks Complex.

For emergencies please call 770-441-1111. The Front Desk and Rollins Center are open 24 hours a day.

Overnight Room: CHECK-IN: 4:00 P.M. CHECKOUT: 11:00 A.M.

Recreational facilities include an outdoor pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), tennis, basketball, volleyball, walking trails, athletic field and picnic pavilions. All registered guests have workout privileges at the nearby Robert D. Fowler Family YMCA. Please check with the Front Desk for more information.

Refreshment Breaks are available to all Simpsonwood guests in the public areas of all buildings at 10:00am and 2:30pm daily. Included are coffee/tea, juice, fresh fruit, fresh baked pastries in the morningsand assorted cookies in the afternoons.

Safety deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk.

Ice machines and snack and drink machines are available in each lodge.

Policies
To ensure the enjoyment of all of our guests, we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines outlined below.

Simpsonwood is a Smoke Free and Alcohol Free facility. Smoking is permitted outside the buildings in designated areas. For the safety of all guests,burning candles or incense is not allowed.

No pets please (except for animals assisting disabled persons.)

Please observe quiet hours in the lobbies and hallways of all sleeping lodges between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The Rollins Center Gathering Room is open for fellowship 24 hours.

Children under 18 years old and under must have adequate adult supervision at all times.

Please check with the Front Desk before moving any furniture in any of our public areas.

Please carpool whenever possible. We limit our paved parking areas to preserve our natural beauty.
