Simpsonwood is a Christian ministry of hospitality offering a serene setting for renewal, reflection, relaxation, and enrichment of the mind, body, and spirit through Jesus Christ.

Purpose

THE LODGE at Simpsonwood is a Christian Adult and Family Retreat Center of the North Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church whose purpose is to offer a site for conferences and retreats for worship, study, music, recreation, fellowship, and mission in the Judeo-Christian tradition.

We gladly welcome secular and non-profit service groups who offer wholesome, education conferences and programs. Simpsonwood reserves the right to refuse or cancel any group, even after they have begun, if their behavior or influence is considered damaging, or if their program and/or philosophy is inconsistent with the Christian ideals inherent in this purpose.
