Policies

OVERNIGHT ROOMS: Overnight rooms are assigned on the day of your event and are based upon the following criteria:

Handicapped room requests.
Requests for loft rooms or other special needs (first floor, etc.) Loft rooms are to be requested at time of booking.
Proximity to other guests in the same group.
Proximity to meeting rooms.


MEETING ROOMS: Meeting rooms are assigned based upon the size of your group and the set-up required. Since this information is not available to us until two weeks prior to your meeting or event, the final determination may not be made until a few days before your event. Note: If your group's size either substantially increases or decreases, please contact Simpsonwood as soon as possible. Please note that neither a particular lodge nor meeting room can be guaranteed, but we will try to honor requests whenever possible.
